 and some life changing lesson. Because nobody want to see depressing and boring movie.

10. Die Hard (1988)

This film revives the successful career of Bruce Willis and established him as one the leading actor. His character as John McClane, becomes the household name in USA. Story revolved around that he tries to save the lives of his wife and other people taken hostage by terrorists in Los Angeles. The film shows in one night fight with the entire terrorist single handed. Director beautifully and smartly filmed the entire movie within one building.

On IMDB, movie has rating of 8.5 and 93% rating of Rotton Tomatoes.

If best movies doesn’t not contain “Christoper Nolan” movie then list will be incomplete. He has directed so many master pieces. And every time he brings something new. This Movie is so dark, intense and exciting to watch. This was the movie where Audience kind a like “Antagonist” character than “Protagonist”. After memento, Christopher Nolan shows his skill in this movie. “The Dark Night” was sequel to “Batman Begins”. Movie was nominated for 8 Academy awards with ended up by winning 2 including Best Editing and Best Actor Supporting role. Every Scene is masterfully created. This movie was ended up with Earning of more than 1Billion at the box office.

I like this particular dialogue more “Sometimes the truth isn’t good enough, sometimes people deserve more. Sometimes people deserve to have their faith rewarded" 

4. Gladiator (2000)

Starring: Russel Crowe, Joaquin Phoenix, Connie Nielsen

After being betrayed by the new Caesar, Roman general Maximus is sold into slavery as a gladiator where he rises to fame as a people's.  The Movie was basically revolved around avenge of his family. Ridley Scott brilliantly brings the intensity of wounded father and husband. There are so many face to face scenes and action scenes which will keep you stick on your seat. There is scene when Russel crowe wins the battle and Antagonist ask him name, “And his reply – My name is Gladiator” is surely gives you the Goosebumps. This movie is worth watching before you die, for this masterful creation, Powerful Acting, and magnificent Action Scenes. Critics gave the film a 76% Freshness rating on Rotten Tomatoes

Martin Scorsese shot the film in black and white, which adds to the grimness of LaMotta’s life. Martin Scorsese  and Robert di Niro worked together for more than 6 times. They make a successful team.

Critics gave “Raging Bull” a Freshness rating of 94% on Rotten Tomatoes, and 93% of audiences liked it.

This film running time was 2 Hour 55 Min but still interesting to watch and there are so many dialogue which will stay in your mind for Long time. Like “Never hate your enemies. “The Shawshank Redemption” is story of banker name “Andy Dufresne” who is given two life sentences for murder of his Wife and his Lover. And sent him to “Shawshank Prison”. This film is masterpiece and was nominated for seven Academy Awards, including best picture but was not able to win in any category.  Although, the movie did not do well upon its release and end up with mere 50 Million Dollars. But when it was released on TV, it slowly becomes cult. Movie focuses on his Life in Prison and how does he spent his time. Sometimes Audience will definitely thinks, what could be end of this movie. “My Friends” the Last half an hour of the film gives you so much happiness. To know the climax and Watch and enjoy. I have Spot this Movie on number 1 because, this movie teach us that don’t let you hope die. There is one dialogue which is a lesson for the life “Remember Red, Hope is Good thing. May be the best of things. And Good things never dies” Currently has an outstanding 9.3 out of 10 rating on IMDb

There are few more movies that can make it in to the list. but as some of them are very old movies and some them are slow. but they are classics. they are very rated movies. here are the list that can also be watch if you like intense and social movies as well

MS Excel is capable of doing so many things. It has so many functionalities that help you in work scheduling, Accounting purpose, Analysis, and showing business trends.

Reason behind its popularity is its simple looking interface and its licensed is also quite cheap as on compared to data analysis tools. Importance of excel cannot be decrease because, as much as you can work on SAS, SPSS and tableau but your higher management always want to see report and dashboard in only excel. They do not care about coding at all. They always want to see short and crisp report.

Everyone should know, basis of excel. But I have observed that there are so many management professionals from higher management, program management (PMO’s) and Project manager, they don’t have basic knowledge for addition, subtraction, Count and lookups. I have seen so many times, that even for small things higher management is dependent on MIS professionals. PMO and project coordinator needs to prepare Invoice report, Dashboards, and WFM report to align work within the team member.

I have seen people, who took very long time to do single and easy task. Which can be done within an hour or two.

Give some time to learn at least basic excel. Now everybody is social media and spend so much time on Internet and there are so many websites and YouTube Channels helping professionals so learn these skills. And also there are so many institutes who are running online classes as per student feasibility.

Best Possible Trip to Hrishikesh, Kedarnath, Badrinath, Maana-The Last Indian Village, Auli and Chopta Within 8 days

I must say, an unplanned trip is always an adventurous trip because till starting date of trip we were not sure that this trip will happen or not. Moreover, we have made plan to Visit “Valley of flower” but we end up with something else ….

I am not here to telling you my story, but the reason behind telling all this to inspire you guys . if there any place to visit in India, Uttrakhand will the first choice for sure. Uttarakhand has its own value. Whether it been from sacred perspective or from adventure perspective. Uttrakhand will give you immense pleasure.

Hrishikesh – Entrance to Devbhoomi

We supposed to leave at Friday night but because of some issues we left next day at 1PM afternoon. So Hrishikesh was our first stoppage of our trip bit late. And by 6 PM, we reached to destination. It was magnificent. Then We went to see Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula. Although I have seen these 3 times earlier as well but whenever I go there and it feels awesome. And same night, I sat at bank of Gange and dip my legs. My ears were filled with gurgle of river Ganga.

Next Morning, we woke up early and left for Triveni Ghat to see Ganga Aarti at dusk of Ghat. Believe me, the ringing bell in Temple, Sounds like amazing music. It will give you so peace. You guys can do rafting and play water games as well. Who never did river rafting, they have done at least once in a life. Its life time experience.

Sonprayad/ Gaurikund :

As I have already mentioned we have plan to visit to “Valley of Flower”. We move little further and stopped at Restaurant. We got to know, weather is very bad due to thunderstorm. So we changed our plan and move KedarNath. Our next stoppage was Sonprayag. A Little village in embrace of mountains. No bus or any other vehicle can move further. We spend a night there and go ahead with our journey to Kedarnath next Morning

Kedarnath Dham:

Kedarnath has been a pilgrimage centre since the ancient times, and it is situated around 11500ft above the sea level and to reach there Either you can walk from Sonprayagz itself or you can take a local taxi for 5 Km till Gaurikund. After that, an easy trek of 16 KM but due to low oxygen, it is become bit difficult but overall its fine. You will see beautiful water falls in way of Kedarnath. it will require 7-8 hours of walk. But there are alternatives as well. You can take horse ride or local “Pitthu”. We have preferred to walk. We got little music system and played Lord Shiva songs. Around 9 PM, we reached Kedarnath. Although it was closed for pilgrims but it looks marvelous. Next morning, we went to see Lord Kedarnath, sat there for some time. And then we left for Sonprayag again. We spent that night in Sonprayag and Next day we left for Badrinath.

 

Badrinath and Maana: Last indian Village:

Around 3 PM, we reached at the Badrinath Temple. This Temple is situated around 1KM away from Bus Stand. Badrinath temple is the main attraction of Badrinath. Since the Seeing the Badrinath Lord, Time is already over so we moved ahead. Maana the last indian village is 4 KM away from Badrinath. If you are with your friends, I advise you guys to take a walk or you can Taxi as well.

We met local people and they are very joyful and friendly. One most special things, I forgot to mention. They have some mountaineering tea. It is so tasty.

We went to Last tea shop of Indian border. I am dropping one image of Saraswati River which is just 200-Meter-long and get merged to Alaknanda River. After spending 2 to 3 hour, we came back to Badrinath and spend night.

Next morning, we went to temple and attended the Aarti. We take a Bath at Tapt Kund. It is very famous for it hot water nearly 45 degrees Celsius. It is believed to be medicine of Skin disease.

Auli, Chopta (Tungnath and Chandrashila):

So when we move ahead, we left for Auli and Chopta. Since we were at Auli in Off season and weather is also not good but it was nice though. We took Rope train and reached at top of the mountain. When you sit there, you will be able to see all mountain across you and clouds are just kissing your bottom legs. We spent an hour or 2 we left for Chopta and it is small region of meadows situated in embrace of green forest. When I saw out of the window at 4 PM, it was already dark like night. So we won’t prefer to walk out more. We just had dinner and slept.

Next morning, we prepared a time chart because we have to leave today for home as well. But we have to cover Tungnath and Chandrashila. Chandrashila is situated at 13000 ft above the sea level with little oxygen. it took more than 5 hours to visit both the places. but these places are best for peace. and when you have friends, it can't be better than that.
