Defence Minister Rajnath Singh is not likely to meet his Chinese counterpart during the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) meeting scheduled to be held in Russia, sources said on Wednesday. Singh is leaving for Moscow today to attend the SCO Defence Ministers` meeting.
