The India Meteorological Department has forecast rainfall in Delhi and NCR regions on Saturday while it issued an Orange alert for cold conditions for Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. An IMD official said the minimum temperature in the national capital will again drop to four degrees Celsius by Monday.
